The Support Service is complimentary to the software service delivered by the software vendor (e.g. UiPath). Ether Solutions service focuses on the configuration as it is deployed for your business and optionally covers any custom / bespoke code which has been deployed in the solution.
Ether Solutions support service standard hours are between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, however we are flexible and happy to discuss any bespoke support requirements.
The knowledge and experience gained from taking on support for clients with systems established by other suppliers enables our staff as a first priority to ensure the system is fully audited, documented and (where appropriate) replicated using virtual technology.
Where previous suppliers have not provided detailed documentation, this can be a reassuring activity and enhances the ability for the support service to deliver reasonable resolution times.
Ether Solutions provide a support service option for a “Pro-active” approach, so that current knowledge of the applications is maintained and hence available to provide timely response to any incident.
The service is positioned as a “2nd Line” support and not intended to deliver “1st Line” operational running support (“Fail & Fix”).

Ether Solutions operate a dedicated support desk from its offices in Aylesbury. All support incidents are logged through a ticketing system and assigned to the support team who are able to draw on the knowledge from Ether Solutions consultants and their experience of undertaking activities at client sites.
