RPA Consultants 

To be considered for these positions, you must have some experience with UiPath software. This could include:

• UiPath Community edition
• UiPath Studio
• UiPath Orchestrator

You should have good communication and presentation skills coupled with the ability to work well within a team. A ‘passion’ for technology is also key.

Spending the majority of your time working on customer projects, you will be tasked with analysis, installing, configuring and developing RPA robots. Working with client teams, you will ensure the solutions are implemented correctly. Most projects require an element of work at customer sites.

Clients sometimes require consultants to be SC cleared or be able to go through SC clearance or similar, so preference will be given to individuals who are already SC cleared or have backgrounds that are likely to be acceptable for such clearance.

Part-time and Remote workers

Ether Solutions recognises that some staff will only be available to work part-time due to their other commitments.

Ether Solutions would be pleased to discuss potential part-time arrangements with staff who have appropriate technical skills, this could range from one, two or three days a week. Engagement based on “School Hours” will also be considered.

Although historically Ether Solutions has provided most of its consultancy services through activity at client sites, we are interested in discussing roles with staff who are only available on a remote basis as this activity can be a powerful supplement to the client site activity. The COVID situation and Climate pressures, has resulted in a change of policy so that Ether Solutions now delivers most of its services to clients by working remotely with minimal client site visits therefore more options are available to engage remote workers.

Ether Solutions expects remote workers to be based primarily in the UK.
