Solution handover - training
Ether Solutions provide a range of Training Services to suit your project and operational requirements:
- User Training
- This is aimed at the day-to-day users of a system, and will provide the knowledge and skills required to use the system for the configured process.
- Supervisor Training
- This is geared towards staff who supervise the users and who may have to resolve any issues that arise. This training includes details on how the system is configured and how to carry out simple administrative tasks.
- Administrator Training
- For clients expecting to configure and maintain systems themselves, this training provides full product knowledge and does not focus on any single solution. These courses are based on the manufacturers’ certification course and will provide the level of knowledge required to take the certification exams. This will usually be carried out in a classroom environment.
- Mentoring
- At the point a system goes live, users and system supervisors often find it invaluable to have a systems specialist on hand to answer questions and offer productivity and operational advice. Sometimes called ‘Hand Holding’ this can be a great help for the first couple of days when a new system is put into production.
- Product Update Training
- Our product specialists are always up-to-date and at the forefront of the technology of their field. For companies with established systems, after a couple of years there are usually new methods that can be used to further enhance the productivity of your system. You have the choice of requesting a system health check or if you wish to learn about the new product releases for yourself then this training package is for you.
